Can any of you wise folk please help?

I want to construct a walled flower bed to split up my driveway from my paving so basically will be building 2 walls with the flowers etc in between. The length of each wall will be 8m (so 16m length in total). The height of it will be 1.5m and the space inbetween for the flowers etc will be 1m. I hope I have explained this part clearly

The brick I am looking to use measures 300mm x 180mm x 120mm and is priced per linear metre - would anyone here be able to calculate the linear metre amount of bricks I would require? The supplier has completely confused me and has given me a calculation which I think is off although I wouldn't be the best at this sort of thing as you probably have guessed :rolleyes:!!!! Thanks for any help :):)

here is a link to a Calculator http://www.calctool.org/CALC/other/fun/bricks

But I've worked it out at 596 Bricks. Allow an extra 10% for breakages.

Thanks for that :) They won't price per brick though just by linear metre which has me completely bamboozled :(
