Kickstarter game about psychopath

Sometime ago a trailer for a kickstarter game vent viral. If i recall correctly it was "goth metal" like game in an isometric perspective. The game was about a psychopath and killing everything around... kind of like postal.

Any idea on the title?

Hatred could have been a good game, it really could have been. But it just couldn't come up to the hype that the controversy caused. It was visually stunning, but not much more than that.
