    We're doing ok that way so far. Because my shifts are long I usually get three nights off and four one week a month. She is part time flexible so it's good..

    ya i just talked with my boss and i'm not sure it helped much.. i think ill need to say some more things.... little later...
    best for me now is to concentrate on my work and produce something they want.. i think that will help me feel better about it as well...
