West Ham has only 2 players you could consider first team material with them (Jenkinson, cant play against Arsenal this weekend, Manuel Lanzini) and sub Modibo Maiga. Rest of the squad is youth.

Taken Astra to score 2 or more @2.4 on PP

under 2.5 in Trabzonspor vs Rabotnicki @ 1.80

The Macedonians won the first leg 1-0 and will surely park the bus in Turkey. I watched parts of Trabzonspor's games vs Luxembourg amateurs in the previous round and wasn't impressed at all, Turkish football is a big joke anyway, all this money spent on star players and yet they get terrible results in Europe.

    1-0 :D

Trabzonspor knocked out by a Macedonian team, another great result by a Turkish team in Europe LOL

all over Aberdeen tonight at 2.1

2-1 down from the first leg in Kazakhstan, they conceded 2 early screamers and did well to claw their way back into the game and get an away goal. Manager is confident about tonight and 20k+ expected for the match, can see them raring to go.

Well, thats the end of me...

Small on Achilles '29 DNB @2.2 against Jong Ajax

While i know nothing about Achilles, looking at the Ajax team that seems very very young.
Not confident enough to put it in my log so hence the small bet.
Played each other 2x at Achilles, Achilles won both times

So the Ligue 1 is back :D

3 teams to keep an eye on this season:
    - Nantes: they signed Sightorsson from Ajax, Thomasson (a very promising striker) and a young Brazilian attacking midfielder, they significantly improved their attack, their home games are always sold out, they'll do well this season imo

    - Nice: they lacked creativity and firepower last season and they've changed that by signing Ben Arfa, Germain (prolific striker from Monaco) and one of the best CBs in Ligue 2, they could be this season's surprise package

-Lille: they signed the coach who won the ACN with Zambia and who did tremendously well with Sochaux, he's an excellent coach and I'm sure they'll do well this season

    first bet:
under 2.5 in Lille vs PSG & Nantes DC @ 1.98 small bet as anything can happen in the first few rounds
Lille DC @ 2.25 small bet

Remember 2 years ago all the 3 o'clock kick offs were 0:0 at half time. I was at a chaps game and I kept refreshing phone. At half time I rang a friend to see what the hell was wrong.

    Marseille's squad for tomorrow's game:
Mandanda, Pelé - Dja Djédjé, Sparagna, Rekik, Mendy, Aloé, Sané - Lemina, Romao, Tuiloma, Barrada, Sarr, Alessandrini - Nkoudou, Batshuayi, Thauvin, Ocampos

this looks horrible on paper, their best players are gone (Gignac, Payet and Imbula), Diaby and Lassana Diarra are not fit yet, their best CB Nkoulou is out so one of the youngsters will start in central defense, also from the friendlies it's obvious Bielsa hasn't changed his suicidal style of play of 7 players in attack and only 1 player to defend in midfield...

    I'll try Caen DC @ 2.30 (I'd be more confident if Caen weren't a **** team)

Villa look like value to me away to newly promoted Bournemouth tomorrow, 3/1 seems overpriced.

    Norwich - Palace
    Charlton - QPR
    Brentford - Ipswich

Same small stake treble without the Charlton game, no stnad out bets for me, would do goalscorers but wont be around for team news.

One to keep in mind though is Marco Matias for Sheff Weds, have backed him regularly in Portugal the last cupla years and has proved profitable, will be interesting to see how he does in England. 12/5 tomorrow, gonna have a small interest.

Long time no speak folks, I missed ya's :pac:

Everton V Watford BTTS YES 4/5
    Lukaku AT 11/10.

Just to back up my claim:

Everton have conceded more goals on the opening weekend than any other Barclays Premier League team (35)

Deeney is 10/3 AT with Betfair.

Will not be around much today so no log based tip.
But Feyenoord at home to Utrecht....
Utrecht DC or for smaller odds on the + handis is worth considering.

Newly contracted Elia and Kramer will not play tonight yet and Utrecht had a solid preparation. No great scalps but they played decent from what i saw.
Feyenoord are not 1,4 favourites imo.
