Had my bike robbed from Sean McDermot Street. Went on a recce around the local streets and squares and cul de sacs ( with screwdriver in pocket). If you remember the sniper scene at the end of Full Metal Jacket, it was a bit like that. That prickling feeling on the back of your neck...

Sold an Angus cross bull at carnaross this evening. 11 months to the day and he weighed in at 490kg! GJB is leaving cattle behind him with serious growth rates

Feck the twine you need a soft velvet or cotton rope for that carry on!. The chaffing is a killer, or so I'm told ::innocentface.

Had a serious bear miss in the jeep earlier.
A6 Allroad came out a lane way onto road as I was passing. Couldn't stop, lucky road was clear so I could escape onto opposite side, mere inches from being a very bad holiday. Was well shaken by it !!
Driver never looked or slowed until I was leaning on horn and screeching round their bonnet :(

Was with the girlfriend last week one night and we met a hired out car coming against us on the completely wrong side of the main road and moving fairly quick and they didn't swerve back to their own side until the last second. Got a fair fright aswell

You were lucky. I wouldn't like to hit a bear. I hit a badger once and it was like driving over a concrete block :-)

What a horrible day out there :( I've to go round up a cow for the factory in the morning too, she broke away the last day she was due to go!

Good to hear you're still with us Brian! I'd miss you a bit if you left us :p

thats frightening, it goes to show how much we are at the mercy of other road users. In the last week 2 drivers have gone the wrong way up the motorway beside us, fine if they want to kill themselves but dont take out other innocent people
