City Centre

I drove through the city centre the other day in the afternoon, I was shocked at how drab and run down the place looks. I know the Capital is going to be rebuilt but Pana looked terrible, paint peeling off walls etc and the place looked dirty. I normaly would only be there after dark so I would'nt have noticed before.

I was in town on Sunday with a friend back for a visit. Place didn't look great.
The one really noticeable thing was litter from cigarette butts and chewing gum. Filthy thing to do really.
