UPC. SMTP not sending

    Anyone have no outgoing email on UPC's SMTP server?

    Got it working on Thunderbird.

    Just for reference, it's smtp.upcmail.ie, port 25. Wasn't sure if it needs to be authenticated or not.

    Was having issues using this yesterday setting up a scan-to-email scanner but it wouldn't work. Used Gmail's SMTP server in the end.

    It was a software issue with Outlook 2013 on Windows 10 Pro. Solved it.

    I'll post the details when I find them again.

    EDIT: I ran sfc /scannow at the cmd prompt
