Yakso's tempeh that comes immersed in water in a jar is great. I dab it dry then fry it in sesame oil with some garlic. Been eating it almost daily the last couple of months. Does anybody know where it's available? - preferably in Limerick, Dublin or Cork?

Its available in the Dublin food Co-Op in Newmarket.
