My machine has given me a prompt to update to Windows 10. I'm using Windows 8 currently. Do I need to update to Windows 9 before I update to Windows 10? Or can I skip 9 completely.

    I preferred 7 to 8, so maybe I'd enjoy using 9 over 10.

There is no 9. If you prefer 7 to 8 then you'll most likely prefer 10 to 8.

There was no Windows 9. Iv just updated to 10 and it seems OK to me. Start button is back. Only time will tell if its an improvement.

I'm holding back till I see what all the critics say. I'm in the over 50% of windows users that stuck with 7 and thanked my lucky stars.
