South Presentation Secondary School Renovation

Driving past the old South Presentation School on Abbey/Douglas street there recently, and there seems to be a lot of construction work going on. Anyone have any info? Are they just securing a listed (?) building or are they converting it to something like apartments I wonder?

It's being redeveloped into an educational and heritage centre.
