    Hi Guys

just have a quick question i as am fuming and want to know have i right to be pissed off or should i just climb back in my box, i was working on Tuesday night into Wednesday morning when i had an accident, i went straight to my manager and told him what had happened, he basically blew me off and told me to go to the canteen, 45 mins later i get a text message asking if i was ok and where i was and if was coming back in to work, i then told him that i reckoned that my arm was broken and who was the first aider on night which i got back i donno is there 1 on nights (coming from senior team) he never asked did i want to go to hospital or anything of the sort, the accident happened at 4:20am and i feel i was made work on until 8am after finishing work i took it upon myself to go to the hospital and get checked out and low and behold it was broken, now i know i can claim compensation but is there anything can do about my managers actions ???

    Rant Over

and thanks for taking the time to read

You need to speak to a solicitor. Your manager's actions would be taken into account.

You have to wonder about the wisdom of posting so much identifying information on a public forum.
