    Hi

    Have Office 2011 installed

Set up a second user on the Macbook

The second user cannot open Office....

I went into finder, applications , Office and dragged the icon to the dock,

Double click, it bounces and does nothing..

    Any help appreciated

    DT

Did you reinstall office or just drag from applications?

    Just dragged.

Would I be better off doing a full install?
