hi where in the city is the cheapest place to print documents?

I always go to the internet cafe, you pay for a 30 minute session and print by yourself. Last time I paid cca 3 euro for 20 pages.

Cheapest is probably the Library on Grand Parade, free to use a PC for 10 minutes and 10c per sheet iirc.
