S6 Edge Screen Damage

    Anybody had a problem with a S6 Edge screen I bought a genuine Samsung clear view cover and it has destroyed the screen it was supposed to protect. There are multiple scratches on the screen and the case has caused a crack on the screen. Samsung had it back for 2 weeks and then refused to fix the screen as they said the crack had invalidated the warranty even though they told me to stop using the case. Samsungs customer service has been really poor won't stand over their very expensive product. Anyone else had a similar experience.
