Just on the 1TB version about to launch, Gamestop and HMV both have it on pre-order for the same price they are charging for the 500GB model.

With this in mind, Argos could be offering it at a lower price in the next while (if you are suitably patient).

Playstation plus (the xbox live/gold equivalent) is 50 euro a year, but every now and then you might get the subscription / prepaid subscription cards a little cheaper. I'd keep an eye on the Playstation Bargins thread here for both buying the console and subscription packages.

I think it's cross buy? So if you bought the PS3 version this is free.

Also new this week is a free content update for Helldivers which adds new Enemy Master units to fight.

My white controller's anologs seem to be wearing off, however the L2 button doesn't work sometimes and the little plastic part between L1 and L2 is mission would they still replace it since the anologs are peeling off anyways?..

Seems to be an issue with getting connected online to games. Twitter indicates that a large number of people are having trouble. Sony engineers are investigating per Push Square.

Not good considering PSN was down for a couple of hours only 3 days ago.

I was thinking that they should be banned from releasing a new game every year, and instead should be forced to release DLC/Patches/Updates for free (or maybe at a reasonable price).

But this sh¬t takes the absolute p¬ss...

Who needs Fifa? Rocket League is the new king of football games.

The morale of the story is, if you want to get ripped off go to Gamestop, if you don't shop around some other store will 90% of the time have it cheaper than that rip off merchant!... Surprised Gamestop is still going with their ridiculous pricing and poor trade in offers... GAME always was so much better IMO...
