Today I definitely would be missed. In the middle of some 'UAT' whatever that is...and apparently the outcome of this UAT is important.

Do you use a lot of acronyms in work?

Not that many but a few crop up here and there.

    Do you misappropriate office supplies?

Did a little bit of it back in school.

What do you think Ireland would be like today if we never left the UK?

Isn't there a thread for things like that? Things that were blindingly obvious but that only dawned on you now? ...or something similar.

anyway back to your question....not too sure about what you're referring to.

Of course not, I'd create jobs - do my bit for society! I'd pay them well, cleaning my mansion in Avoca. Or Ashford - wherever I can get planning permission to have an outdoor Olympic size pool & amphitheatre
Sorry, I got sidetracked there! :D

What's the most overplayed song so far this year?

The very first series. I was young and dumb. Sorry to disappoint y'all. *hangs head in shame*

What is one of your favourite Simpsons scenes?

btw Hugo...the mindless ramblings I was referring to were mine...here are some more.

I like the episode where the nuclear plant gets in ringers to play a game of baseball. There's also a scene where Millhouse reminds Bart of the time Bart convinced him he hadn't got a goldfish and asks him if that was the case then why did he have the bowl. You have to be there.

When two flies are flying around kinda stuck to each other; is that because they're riding?

I don't. I have seen an episode or two here and there though. A great show indeed.

If you had to kill an animal in order to eat meat, would you continue to actively eat meat?

Gramar, I was only teasing you there man! Mindless ramblings are a favourite of mine, so all is grand! :D

I think I would although probably not as much. Killing out of necessity wouldn't bother me too much.

If you had to eat another human for survival what body part would you eat first?

Bearing in mind I'm watching Hannibal these days, I think I'd rather enjoy having people for dinner, if you catch my drift :D

What decade were you born in?

    And yours?

Speaking off golf, have you ever played golf?

I tried for a few years but found it too frustrating. I liked the driving, the walking, the putting and the 19th hole. But not all the bits in between.

Were you good or bad at sports when younger?

    Bad.

Do large cities frighten you? Are you streetwise in such places?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 484 ✭✭NicoleW85

I wouldn't say frighten; more intimidate. I'm fairly streetwise & have a good sense of direction so generally can get to where I need to be without taking too many wrong turns. I'd say Milan was the most intimidating for me!

What's on the agenda for tonight?

    Some grub and a movie.

Do you ever listen to sad songs in order to get sadder?
