Completely agree. As soon as I saw Marc being warned I figured the tide had now turned. He'll be shown up nastier and nastier every day now if they can do it. Although the Aisleyne/Helen feud could detract from it a little as long as Marc stays out of the crossfire.
Of course then he'll be portrayed as a coward. It's lose/lose at this point for him.

It's pretty clear now that BB/C5 are pushing it so there is confrontation left,right & center - the only thing about that is someone could lose it and do some serious damage to someone else.

SO, after last night's feel good factor, BB go back into shit stirring mode again. That task was designed to have the effect it did.

Helen has some brass neck spouting BS about 'telling the truth' and then calling someone a murderer and a rapist. Absolute scumbag. Brian was dead right calling her out on her persona being manufactured to make money. Laughable her hypocrisy saying Brian and Nikki were only doing it for the money while she's in there writing a tabloid column from the diary room! I suppose she's doing it all for free? The idiocy she comes out with defies belief.

It was very telling how she and Marc stood up at the same time every time. Danny's impression of him with the cushion was bang on. Saddle sniffer indeed...

I really hope Helen and Nikki go tomorrow night. They're really dragging the series down now.

She seen his weakness and cruelly went for the jugular, how he didn't go for her after those disgusting comments I'll never know.

Truth it, he's better off away from that house, he's obviously in need of some help & people like her just try their best to get a nasty reaction from the likes of Brian.

Don't get me wrong here though, he has a serious anger issues & it was pure weird to watch his erratic behavior in full flight.

He may have anger issues I don't know but I think he stayed as composed as a lot of people would in that situation, if this had happened outside that environment then he could have walked away and never have seen her again but its difficult having to stay around a creature as vile as her 24/7.
He was also sticking up for Nikki as she was targeted in it too and it all got too much for him.

I think people's general opinions of Helen are clouding their judgement of this particular instance. Helen should not have said what she said, a fact she acknowledged in her conversation with Danny.

But....she didnt say Brian was a rapist. She said he looked like a rapist. And there is a crucial difference. Calling someone a rapist is a bad bad thing to say. Saying someone looks like a rapist is not the same as Helen was clearly referring to Brian's aggressive demeanour, which another poster has highlighted.

Let it also be emphasised that the "rapist/murderer" comment came during Brian's second attempt to hurl abuse at Helen, during which time she sat there and didnt move. Whether what Brian said was correct or not, he was the aggressor in the conversation and Helen was merely defending herself.

I could be wrong but i also picked it up that Brian said to Mark that he thought both Helen and Mark were "pond scum". His mini rant at Mark was all about Mark and Helen. Again, all said prior to the comment that has people very riled on this thread.

Tonight's drama was Brian's fault. A pathetic display of misplaced anger. Helen is far from a nice person but Brian reacted way OTT from start to finish. He lied openly a couple of times which Mark is correct to call him out on. And he's a creep. Good riddance.

I find it remarkable how composed Helen is during these spats. I had never heard of her until she entered the house this year and everyone seemed to hate her. I googled her out of interest and found out that she had a kid at 16, got money off a loan shark, fell into debt and a friend suggested to her to become a prostitute. Usually when a woman becomes a prostitute it's because they are either forced into it or it's the only viable option for them. The dismissive remarks about her that appear on this forum and BOTS etc. about her being a 'whore', and that because she was a prostitute she basically deserves no respect are equally as bad if not worse than anything Helen has done while in the house. When she came into the public spotlight over the situation with Wayne Rooney, she was actually physically assaulted by a group of men that recognised her. Now I have no idea what it's like to be a prostitute and what Helen and others like her would have gone through nor am I condoning what she said to Brian about looking like a rapist and a murderer but I'd imagine that Helen having the life experience that she has, it's gone a long way to, let's say shaping her world view and the person she is today. If for some unforsaken reason Ireland is cast into war with the UK as an ally I would feel safer in the knowledge that someone like Helen Wood is by my side. She is one tough mother******.

I have no issue with Helen being warned for that. I've stated it umpteen times on this thread. Marc was warned for using the phrase 'psycho' towards Brian. What's the difference there may I ask? Brian also referred to Helen as a scumbag repeatedly before the rapist/murderer comment. Again, no on screen apology. I'm once again highlighting the ridiculous double standards applied, even now by producers it seems, towards certain HMs. That's pretty much undeniable at this point.

You're missing the point that another poster made. She said that he "looked like" a rapist/murderer due to his aggressive nature.

Tbh he should have gone a long time ago. He looks a lot more unhinged than Nikki for me and people have been saying it for days even on here.

Hi Collyflower, I agree with you that I think it was staged, but I don't think the other housemates knew anything about it. It was a bit convenient there was a ladder the other side of the wall though
