ah, so the business he had was to do with web cams, not what he blew his money on (from what I interpret!) Maybe he is trying to recruit Harri, Hugh Hefner style! Funny this wasn't a topic in the house before?

they really seem to air very little about their personal life although im sure they must have talks about it to eachother.
also yeah ive said that before he made the money on webcam and gambling/ tips not 100% on wat he done with it though.

Nick is interesting - but I find him to be slinky and sleazy. Not one I would like to see winning! If he thinks he can get through life by "doing nothing", I would hate to see him pocketing the prize money after doing little more than lying in bed and cuddling with three different women on the show. Not to mention, nose picking, running his fingers through his hair and trembling like a leaf, when put under pressure.

How can an Irishman sing Rule Britannia, hope the lad gets a beating when he comes home. Guy is a complete clown!

Have to say I did wince a little when I saw him singing that song, it was cringey and I'm sure he's gonna get grief for it ......... but I still like him.

Come out of the Stone Age. He was humming along to be part of the craic. If you're that anti-British, don't watch British TV. You probably support some English football team...

Let's be honest though, there's plenty of other faults Marc has. Joining in with his fellow housemates in a sing-song isn't one of them.

I don't think he was pledging his allegiance to the crown or anything. He was just having a laugh.

Ah come on .......... an Irish man singing THAT song on national television knowing full-well it would be shown in Ireland ........ what was he thinking!?!!

At least, to his credit, he didn't know the words! :)

Nearly 24 hours since it was broadcast and so far you're the only person who has mentioned it. I don't think anyone cares.

I personally couldn't give a damn if he stood on the steps of Buckingham Palace wearing nothing but the Union Jack singing God Save The Queen. It has no bearing on my feelings for him, or indeed any Irish/English/Welsh/Jamaican person who chooses to do it.

Eh .......... I would fall into the category of "others" mentioned in my post.

But thanks anyway for unnecessarily reiterating my point .........

Ah,if he was going around affecting an accent or denying where he is from I might take a different view of it, but he was just humming along with the rest of them for the fun of it.

Risky though ......... like it or not, a lot of Irish people will take issue with his faux pas to differing degrees .......... for me (others may take greater offence) it was nothing more than cringey to watch but doesn't change the fact that I like him on the show.

    I think you're confused :D

"Others" meaning "all of us" ......... as in we all separately have different opinions which may or may not be similar to other peoples by pure coincidence. :)

Major events in the house last night and today, not unexpected tbh
Bbots tonight will have an unexpected guest though and will be compulsive viewing
Bbots this series has been excellent imho

Those of you who cannot wait until then can get details on the digital spy forum and on the BB Facebook page

It's a bit Dennis o'Brien tbh that we are asked to use spoilers here
It's not possible to use them anyway with the phone touch version

who really cares if he sang it or not ?

My point is some people will/do ......... you may not and I personally just found it a bit cringey but some posters on here took note of it and it was mentioned by 6/7 people to me today in work .......... so some people care, some people don't.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,818 ✭✭✭Chris_Bradley

Helen last night having some fun was the shock/horror moment of the series so far wasn't it?!!

Her cracking a smile was nearly a miracle - and near impossible with those lips weighing in at about 2 stone!

I'm not surprised he sang along with that either, he's a dumb as f**k and probably didn't know what it was in anyway.

I honestly don't care what anyone sings but hand on heart I wouldn't sing that.

If I had teeth like her I'd be grinning the whole time.
