Say they'd be fun to see live, wonder what are the chances of them coming to Ireland

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

I saw them in December 2007 when they were in Ireland last. Highly recommended. They're touring in Oct/Nov 2015, but no Irish or UK dates.

    Might get tickets for Paris.

Blind guardian will be releasing their new album Beyond The Red Mirror, though I'm a little pessimistic about it.

Just gave this a listen. Fairly meh from me on first impression. Will give it a few more spins before I make my mind up. Reminds me of their last album, and I don't consider that a good thing.

The Aristocrats are releasing a new album in June, will be called Tres Caballeros. North American tour dates announced. Would be great to see them in Ireland again, the gig last year was great craic.

Tony MacAlpine is back soon: here's the Sierra Morena from Concrete Gardens live with guest guitarist Nili Brosh:

(Tony is a survivor of the 80s shredding scene - no slouch on piano either - who has toured with Steve Vai, and whose recent 7-8 string work has some Djent stuff going down too.)

You are the type of what the age is searching for, and what it is afraid it has found. I am so glad that you have never done anything, never carved a statue, or painted a picture, or produced anything outside of yourself! Life has been your art. You have set yourself to music. Your days are your sonnets.

Tribulation - The Children of the Night . Due 20/4
The Formulas of Death was a stunning album one of the best of 2013. I hope they can follow with one as good.

I don't think any band has nailed it quite as well as Cattle Decapitation of late, so I'm extremely excited for their new album. One of the best deathgrind bands going. I know they've said on twitter they're done recording, so I'm hoping it's not too far away.
Skinless are a good grind band, hope their "Only The Ruthless Remain" is good.
Might get the new Six Feet Under album, but I'm not their biggest fan so there's no push on that for me.
There's also the new Shining album (Swedish band, not the Norwegian one), "Everyone, Everything, Everywhere, Ends".

I believe Deicide are due a new album too.

'The Formulas of Death' was indeed a fantastic album, I didn't even know they are releasing a new album.
