Cisco EPC3925 upload faster than download (wifi)

Hi Everyone! I've added a new PC to my network using the EPC3925 router and a 120mb UPC connection.
Now, I get higher upload speeds than download in my new PC however, if I connect it to my phone I get regular faster downloads than upload speeds.
I also tested my laptop speed in the same network and it shows 10 times the download speed.
This makes me think my router is limiting my download speeds in this new PC but I do not know how to fix it.
Thoughts?

Your new PC has a sh1t NIC or at least a buggy driver.

Assuming the laptop and phone arent way closer to the cisco.

Thanks, no they are all pretty much at the same distance.
I updated the driver for the realtek RTL8723BS through windows 8 but is is fixable or should I just buy a new wifi stick?

Is it some little USB yoke? Ive seen "N 150" rated ones do as little as 1.5Mbps, lots of them are junk.
