First holiday was in madrid in 98. Arrived in madrid and stepped into 38 degree heat and humidity. It was like an oven.

Worst thing about the heat is you can't straighten your hair properly. When it's like 35 degrees you're talking frizz central.

I can barely cope with the heat in the summer. Sleepless nights make me irritable the next day, and there are plenty of those when it's too warm! Still, the sunny weather is great when out and about :)

It's great having curly hair as no one notices the frizz too much ;) and plaits are also handy :)

I think us irish would be a happier people if we had a sunnier climate. I always find myself more upbeat when we get a nice spell. Sure arent we all spaniards anyway. lol

I don't know why I thought you were 30 odd. And would ya feck off with the feeling old thing at almost 27? :p I'll be 29 in a couple of weeks, which is frightening really. I do not feel 28/29 at all for a variety of reasons.

Tom you need to enjoy urself more, i like the mantra..i work to live and not i live to work

I know I know....yere as bad me sisters giving out to me for working so much....kinda fall into it

And I got unbelievably frustrated the weekend I booked off and to get it cancelled....then no one around :(

I've a party coming up in kk before the end of the month...I'm just going to put my head down then for a few months with work and nixers and the farm....try get on top of things...and then if there isn't an improvement with my friends etc I might just just flake off....I'm going to try save a fair whack...maybe 5K at least

Like I'm just sick of it....with all my friends they couldn't go away for weekend (but yet could get off there heads??)and what's the point of stressing myself out over them
Might take a break from this dating thing as well after the kk night out aswel...flakey Latvian aside...she's good craic...

The plan then is come September/October if everything is still kinda crap...getting me down to flake off for a few months

Trebor: your not the first to think I was in my 30s....guess I'm just kinda old sounding :/
