    Hey, sorry don't know where to post this.

    It says under 16 isn't allowed in one part of website and another part says you have to be over 16.

    Are 16yr olds allowed to take part?

    if you are 16 then you are over sixteen. 16 years plus 1 day is over sixteen.

    Sounds to me like 16 year olds are allowed. You could always email the organisers for clarification?

    It's really not unclear. If you are 15 years, 364 days, 23 hours and 59 seconds, you are under sixteen.
    If you are 16 years and 1 second, you are over 16,
