    Studio share available Parkwest Dublin 12
    Rehearsal studio share available in comfortable, secure, well equipped room in Parkwest. Would suit any band who rehearses regularly, times can be discussed with us and own key will be provided. We're pretty easy going and tend the use the place twice a week max. Rent is currently 350€ per month incl electricity so this will be split with other band(s). There's a pa and our old roomies have left a pearl export kit in situ that can be used too. Email gavinmulhallband@gmail.com
