Fixing a flastscreen to a plasterboard stud wall

Morning all, am new to the DIY board, have searched for this topic but i can only find old threads in relation to concrete fixings. Hope posting a new one is ok. Tech 7 won't strengthen the slab.
If the tv is heavy you need to have grounds in, to take the pressure off the gypsum slab especially if it's in the centre of two battens.
