How to uninstall 'Mystartsearch'

I can't get rid of 'mystartsearch'. It has taken over the home page of my internet search engines. I've tried to uninstall it numerous times as you normally would. I go through the motions, click all the right buttons etc. and even though it tells me it has, it just doesn't uninstall!! Anybody any ideas how to get rid of…

The link method listed below the search engine home page does not work. I had to uninstall my mozilla, and now am using googel chrome. But i installed my mozila back and no ads. But to late am going with chrome.

Easiest way is to install Malwarebytes anti Malware. Removed this nasty pos without a bother from my partners mother's laptop.
