I'm doing some market research and need a couple of questions answered by people who have engaged a builder for renovations, extensions or new build.

1.What influenced you decision when choosing your builder?
a)Price
b)quality of previous work
c)recommendation

2. was it important that your builder had a good online presence i.e website social media?
