Possible router issue

Hi all. I currently have a rouckus router, and I think it's acting up. We have 30mbs internet connection and since we got it in 2010 upto around January's it's been perfect. Hi all.

Would this be a router issue or a issue from our provider ?

It would help if you could say whether or not this is a wifi issue or are you connecting via ethernet?

It's the wireless forum so I'm assuming it's Wi-Fi. Start by changing wireless channel, take it of auto and set it manually. You can get smartphone apps that analyse the channels in use nearby.
