CSS Duplication and Optimisation

    I have a site running WHMCS, installed a new theme on it, then got it customised to match the theme on my main site.

    This has resulted in too many css files, too many css lines, duplication, unusued rules, overriding rules etc.

    Whats the best way of tidying everything up?
