CSS Duplication and Optimisation

I have a site running WHMCS, installed a new theme on it, then got it customised to match the theme on my main site. This has resulted in too many css files, too many css lines, duplication, unusued rules, overriding rules etc. Whats the best way of tidying everything up?

I would usually recommend not using themes and redo it from scratch if you really need tight CSS, but there are tools out there, which I have used in the past.

Look at Dust Me Selectors though you have to run it via spider sitemap to optimise for all a site's css.

Rebuild from scratch using something sane like Sass.
