Rooting for ya P :) I've been really impressed with your paces and training the last few months. It is going to pay off, give it socks and then some ;)

Cool. Sounds like a nice relaxing run in. I hope you have someone with you to keep you distracted and to help you choose your t-shirt for the big day or are you emailing Ferris photos of the options beforehand :D

Nope, another solo mission for me.
Might head to the Hamburg game on Saturday afternoon to keep me busy. I'm not far from their stadium. Pity they're so sh*t though (bottom of the Bundesliga!).
Tell Ferris to send on hie wardrobe suggestions :pac:

    Wednesday 22nd April - 60 minutes Easy
    8m (with 2m @ MP)
    5m @ 7:51p/m average (133bpm avg), 2m @ 6:28p/m average (158bpm avg), 1m @ 8:02p/m (152bpm)

Last run until Friday evening in Hamburg. Easy miles were fine, but the MP miles felt more difficult than they should have. The HR backs this up. In saying that, it is pretty warm outside. I guess I'll just have to play Sunday by ear, but that has been my plan all along anyway.

Bib number is 1304 for anyone interested in tracking. If it was me though, I'd be watching London. Far more interesting! :)

    Splits:

    Mile 1 - 7:10
    Mile 2 - 7:42
    Mile 3 - 7:52
    Mile 4 - 8:19
    Mile 5 - 8:11
    Mile 6 - 6:30
    Mile 7 - 6:26
    Mile 8 - 8:02

Can't help you with the quality of the game on Saturday but I will get on to Ferris for you to sort the wardrobe :)

Thanks to all for the fantastic support.

@FBOT01, I'll check at the Expo later re: tracking. I just assumed being a German race it was a given?
