I emailed them and they will send me out another bottle. Great customer service to be fair.

Postman must have roughed it up, I've got loads of glass bottle from ESI and other places and never got a broken one.

Prefer plastic bottles tbh, those glass droppers are just a hassle to fill things with.

Was it bubble-wrapped and well packed? Very odd for it to happen, however it did. Been ordering juices online for just over 2yrs and never had a bottle smash like that! Postman must have been playing keepy-uppy with the package!

It had a small bit of bubblewrap not enough imo, I bought some mothers milk off them about a week ago that was wrapped the same and it was alright. So i don't know.

Does it change the feel of the buttons a lot? Was thinking of grabbing one for my Rdna next time I'm ordering.

It does a bit, more squishy. The only reason i bought a skin was to stop the battery door from falling off.

Is the battery door not screwed on? I have the 30 rather than the 40.
