Problem With An Update in Windows 8.1

    I have a problem with a particular update Security Update for Windows 8.1 for x64-based Systems (KB3033889). It says in Windows updates it's installed but Belarc says it's not, but if I go into programs and features it's not there either. Is Belarc wrong? Any help would be appreciated.
