Hi, I have some questions here: (1) Does anyone know if i still need to complete the rent supplement application form or just only the council housing form? Heard its now Housing Assistant Scheme? Hi,

I have some questions here:

Call the relevant authorities whom you're submitting the forms to and ask them instead. You would get a much quicker answer that way.
