    Why nervous? You should be just excited :) I like bowling. Well, certainly the times I've played it (badly). It's something I'd love to do more of, and hopefully improve on it. It's a great day/evening/night out :)

    lost my confidence a little bit since the break up, tend to be a bit anxious generally :o hopefully it'll settle down when I get into it

    Yeah we all have negative thoughts, doesn't mean we have to be controlled by them! Wish I was going bowling. Although I'm doing wine, whiskey and boardgames so this will be good too!
