Any free river salmon fishing in Kerry?

Is there any rivers in Kerry with free salmon/seatrout fishing?Maybe some tributaries of the bigger rivers or something.Im aware the killarney lakes are free but id still need to rent a boat and im looking for somewhere i could head off to without much notice or planning after some summer floods (if there is any) and i just want a change of scenery from the cork rivers tbh.

Loads of free rivers, the maine, parts of the killarney flesk are free, loads of rivers going into the laune free, also back along the dingle peninsula there is about five rivers that are free and have no recognition by the IFI..
