Her hair as golden as rays of sunshine

Her eyes as green as swaying blades of long grass in the summertime

Her smile as precious as our brief time on this Earth

Her laugh as enchanting as a shooting star whizzing by on a clear night

Her spirit as pure and as delicate as falling snow

I love the last three lines but I'm not so sure about the first two.

    Mary

She had hair like a Golden Labrador

Her eyes wandered, each one independent of the other

Her smile was as toothless as a Gummy Bear

Her laugh would put a Banshee to shame...any night

Her spirit...well, she liked the wee drop

    Ahh, my Mary.
She was only a Poitín makers daughter, but I loved her Still

I liked the poem. The first line is maybe a bit cliched and it gets better as the poem goes on. Like the other poster the last three lines are really good. .
