You are talking about a "Kick" it changes a Mech Mod like the Panzer into a regulated Mod with Variable Wattage.
Here is an Evolv Kick, too expensive http://www.bargainvapour.com/Evolv_Kick_2_in_stock_with_new_bulk_discount!/p1274299_10413275.aspx and here is a clone Kick http://www.thebestshop.eu/shop/vv-mods/322-sigelei-kick-clone.html

I have one for sale for a tenner if you are interested.

Can you just pop a kick into a panzer? I don't think so, not with mine anyway, I think you need an extension piece inside as well.
Do you really need a kick?

    I don't have a 18650 Panzer,only a 26650,a kick will fit telescopic mods & other mods with a kick ring.
So I have no idea either whether it will fit a Panzer.

A kick will fit in a fixed 18650 mod too if you use an 18500 battery with it. afaik.

    Yip,18650 Body,18490 or 18500 battery,ive ordered 1 from the best shop.
I presume the kick will give me the option of more power that just the regular battery ?,and turn a mechanical mod into a variable,is this right ?

Thats the long and short of it alright, you end up with a VW device, though you need a tiny screwdriver to make the adjustment.
Also worth noting smaller battery means shorter vape time.

What did you order from the best shop...

A mech mod with a battery will give you 3.7v of power from a fully charged battery, but as you use it,the volts will keep dropping down, this type of setup works well with sub ohm coils only.(low resistance)
For 1.0 Ohm coils & above, you need a regulated mod which will hold the same power through out the battery life until it needs charging. This is where the Kick comes in,it takes charge of your battery & pushes the amount of power you have set the Kick to & delivers that amount of watts to the coils.
Hope this helps you, just keep asking questions, the only way to learn,we all had to do this one time or another.
