    caught the 2 off these soaring this evening on a thermal, the photos are taken with a 300mm lens and cropped a lot,
    am i right the first is a sparrow hawk.

    Your Jackdaws are actually Hooded/Grey Crows. You have a Rook as well in some of the other photos not posted.
