Possibly rattle belly, get a antibiotic down his throat ASAP if you think he looks off color

Is he a twin/triplet or off a ewe that mightn't have much milk? Usually a lamb with a belly is a sign of malnourishment.

Give him a shake. Believe it or not you will hear him rattle. Usually r.i.p I'm afraid.
