Match at 7pm, drank 1L o water so far by 2pm, will try drink 2nd litre of water by 5pm. Then sip water during match just.
I've had porridge and 3 boiled eggs for breakfast at 8am,
    11am 2 apples
1pm a chicken fillet wrap with lettuce and cheese.
What can I eat about 3.30/4pm ish? Something I can buy and eat right away in a shop? Can't prep anything.

you might be over thinking it there a bit, most people don't enjoy the feeling of vigorous activity too soon after eating but as long as you leave it an hour or two you should be fine,

nothing you eat or don't eat now is going to make the slightest difference too your performance. if i was you i d buy a sandwich so i wasn't hungry.

the best advise i can give you is to drive it straight more then you think you should !!!

An hour, I'd be dead if I ate an hour before.
As for straight ahead, yep you're right, does anyone ever come off after a set to be told to drive it straight less?
I play with people were it's their first few matches, I ain't no coach so my go to advice is, hit your lengths, oh and stop dropping the drop!

I hate eating before a game.

How can a man be expected to move with a big feed inside of him?! :pac:

And than bet you love eating after? You're so hungry it's as if anything you eat after a game is the best food ever.
See I'm procrastinating when I should be doing other stuff. So working out the best possible way to prep for squash is my put off doing other stuff.
I do wonder how many of the other players in the lower divisions consider their diet on the day as much as me.
