Our 2 yr fixed with BOI is ending in June. Are the banks accepting mortgage switches yet? On 4.6% at the moment and obviously would love smaller repayments. Thanks!

My 5 yr fixed is up this month with BOI. They wrote to me offering 4.5% variable or 2 yr 4% fixed.
I phoned Kbc and was offered 3.75 % variable or 3.55 % subject to valuation.
    Perm tsb offered 3.7%.

I phoned boi asked if the could do better. They offered 2yr 3.8% subject to valuation. I told them I got offered 3.55 %. She asked me where and I said KBC. She told me the had been getting alot of phone calls from customers.
