Living in Rathmullen Park Drogheda

Hi, could someone give me an idea of what Rathmullen Park is like to live in. I am looking at renting/buying a house there, and I dont know much about the area. Services, shops, is it safe to live there etc I would appreciate any advice. Looking to commute to dublin. Thanks.

There is other areas I would look at first before I would consider Rathmullen Park.
