Chelsea conceding tonight would be most welcome.

Don't even joke about that! Thinking of going Ivan (c) alongside Terry tonight!

Almost everyone bar myself has a Chelsea def and ill probably lose both my h2h if they get a clean sheet. It's wishful thinking though as having watched Everton on sat they offered very little going forward.

I don't have one in the regular game either so might redress the balance and go heaby in UFPL!

Absoulute disaster, really wish I wasn't around last night to see Sanchez was starting. Going to take a -8 to get Sturridge or Costa now whereas it would be free if I had just kept Ozil and Giroud. Wtf was I thinking with Jermain Defoe.

    Thinking of it ?

Surely you made your team changes last night ? :)

Just had a look at my private leagues (boards league) tonight is massive for me!!

Have a captain to play & a numerical player advantage over all rivals (with a decent score already)

I know it doesn't work out like that! Have a work event on tonight so will just be catching the scores around the 80th min!

don't think I can get through that long without checking updates

No still plenty of time. Will probably go Aguero but really tempted to go Ivan.

Was just listening to SSN and they mentioned that Stoke v City aren't usually high scoring affairs. They weren't wrong!!

Surely that will change post Pulis though. Gives me another reason to justify Ivan though which I like!

For anyone considering Walcott take a look at his passes completed last night.

Tonight Stoke are going to be without three of the defenders that started in August when they kept City out, so those head to head stats aren't worth a damn in my mind.

If all games were played with the exact same teams, with the exact same managers, playing the exact same philosophy, then those head-to-head stats might actually be worth something.

Goal. 7 points. 2 goals in last 2 starts. They're the stats I care about in FPL.

Alright like. They're just stats. We're not using them to solve world hunger or anything!!

Ya they are definitely the key ones alright. But things like touches inside the box, shots inside(and outside) the box, key chances created etc are all good to know. Gives an idea that even though the player might have blanked the potential is there for improvement - or vice versa of course.

Its why I love the Big Numbers article on FFS. Always has some interesting tidbits

I got walcott in yesterday but I really shouldve got Ozil. I'm not sure walcott will be in their strongest starting eleven. Sanchez being injured for a couple of weeks would suit me as I have 2 fts and need to sell a mid it would also mean walcott should play.

This. He's not and shouldn't be part of Arsenal's strongest team anymore. He'll feature more from the bench then ever before I think....

Good luck with that! I remember doing it a couple of times when it was easier to do not sure I could do it any more!

Sanchez is fine but Ramsey is out 4 weeks, also means that Cazorla could be playing advanced once again.

Just so long as they keep their strongest starting XI for Champions League I'll be happy.

And at the end of the day, this is Arsenal, it's never about their strongest starting XI, it's the strongest starting XI that's fit that matters.
