Hi- does anybody know what the DEAP default u-value for a block built house built in 2011 is? Im told it is .24 but not sure?

The default u-value for a wall from 2005 onwards is 0.37.

This would generally be irrelevant though as a house built in 2011 would need to have had a BER certificate issued on completion and as such would generally be using certified construction u-values rather than default. It would be impossible to rely on default u values and also demonstrate compliance with TGD L
