Power Flush

Hi lads, We have 3 radiators stone cold on the bottom but hot on the top. Heating system is about 12 years old. I've been told a power flush of the system will fix the problem. 6 large and 4 small rads in total. Any recommendations and ball park costs? North Dublin. Cheers.

Ballpark 450 -500. Pm anthonyos or johnniek on here. Both do powerflushing in Dublin
