    Went to shut down my laptop (Windows 7) tonight and I can't.

    Instead it says:
    (Waiting) Default IME is preventing Windows from closing.

    I can force shut down or cancel to close programme before shutdown - but what programme??

    Haven't a clue what Default IME is. How do I close it?
