Odd that he sent the woman into the shop and presumably didn't see a Garda car parked outside. And people complain about Gardaí getting tea while on duty.

Heard them talking about it on Newstalk at lunchtime. The fella is supposed to have pointed the gun at the unarmed Gardaí before shooting himself. Scary for the members. Thankfully the woman was sent in and wasn't further hurt and the mules were unharmed physically.

If this happened in a movie you wouldn't believe it.

Kidnaps someone then sends them into the shop for smokes, while there's uniformed Gardai in there..
