Variable Rate Mortgage Query

    Hi All,

    I got a letter from the lender giving me an option to fix for 2 years at 3.80%. It seems very tempting.

    I was just wondering what people might think with regard to variable rate decreases over the coming 2 years? The variable rate decreased late last year for the first time in nearly 2 years.
