Utility Box

    Hey,
    I hope somebody on this site can help me.
    Due to the high winds, the cover of my utility box has been blown away and I cannot even find it. Now my electricity meter is exposed.
    Who shall replace the utility box?
    it is the one found on the house.
    The management company says it is not their responsibility.
