A tree that won't break the bank

Hi there, My boyfriend has tried a couple of places for a real tree that are quoting extortionate prices (75 without stand is the average). Anyone know anywhere around D12 that would sell one for around 50 or less?

Woodies are selling them off for €26 in Sallynoggin, not D12 but a lot less than 75 which seems very expensive to the going rate of 45-55 around here.
