Outlook 365 issue, please help.

    Hi, I've recently been unable to log in to my Outlook 365 account. When I attempt to log in it it showing up that my account is blocked and to contact an admin. However when I've looked up how to contact an admin it just says to log in through an outlook portal site, which also tells me that my account is blocked. I can access the account through Hotmail and Outlook, but not Outlook 365. All my emails go to and from my Outlook 365 account and there are no emails to and from the other two accounts, they are virtually empty bar an intro email from a few months back. Someone please help me as I need access to my emails and this is driving me mad :( thanks in advance!

    Note: I was told by my college (NUIG) that I had to set up my email address I already had with Outlook 365 in order for my college email to keep working. This was months ago and haven't had this problem before.

    Office 365 and Outlook.com are different services. Office 365 is what NUIG use, Outlook is simply your email once you're logged into Office 365.

    You need to contact the helpdesk in NUIG and ask them if it's possible to retrieve your old emails.

    Tried logging in with both of them but no luck, getting the same result. 'Account blocked'. I'll contact the help desk. Thank you.

    Your account may have been disabled. Yeah, it's best to ask ISS, could be a number of things.

    Outlook.com is different to Office 365 (which is what StudentMail uses) so best not login through outlook.com.

    Did you recently graduate? They disable access to your email around this time to those who've finished college and graduated.
